tragedy...

Another express bus accident. We were in KL at that time and luckily did not go to south at that particular time as usual. If not, who knows what might happen. Like the paper said, the blaming game started. The railings, the bus roof, the driver, the road and many others but why did the accident actually happened?

long time no see....

just had a visit from my friends the other day during their business trip here. Catching up with old stories and all, time flew fast. Unfortunately it was only a day trip, got to go back the same night. Had dinner together with family and send them off to airport.

tosai hero at jones road

during raya hols, went for breakfast at my favourite tosai place at jones road, penang island, quite a hive of activity, wow,was thinking, business must be picking up. upon entering the place tho', didnt see my normal friendly uncle tosai, was wondering whether he sold the place to somebody else.

all the workers were different, no familiar faces. we were a bit sad, how come he did not even tell us of his worries, predicament...we were always there almost every holiday, the least he could do was to tell us his story, maybe we can help or do something about it. i grew up on that tosai, walking in the morning to get my breakfast or exercising at gurney drive first before 'singgah -ing' at one of my favourite breakfast place.

we asked the new uncle there what happened to our favourite uncle tosai- boy oh boy, he had a heart bypass- we were very surprised, there were no indications. but whatever it is uncle , if you or your sons/nieces/nephews/relatives reading this blog, we do hope very much you'll be on the road to recovery fast, the shop is not the same without you, uncle tosai; so please, people do want to see and hear about you, we do care , everyone cares very much, get well soon and please talk to us and tell us your stories. after all you're our favourite tosai guy!!!!

Still Learning

I tried to access my blog just now through google by typing the name of my blog, it did not work. It came out properties; condos for sales at Edgecumbe Road. I have to type at the web site address box at the top, than it will appear.

Maybe I will try to put "myedgecumbe" as my key word here to trigger searching through google, yahoo or MSN. Like I said, this is my first time, I will just try and try until I got the hang of it. Until then it seems this blog will be like my learning process on how to blog.
